Saviours of ths Sault
This is what was thought by many saultites when the papermill was bought by the ex- current owners. They only bought it because they were owed money in the bankrupsy. They then told the employees they didn't want them to know the names of the owners, boy do we know why now. They got back their money which is o.k. but then they bled the company dry and then let it go. On June 20 an auction took place ( more like a circus) with advertisments of come on down and meet hockey players and have food and basically have a great time. I say this was a slap in the face for the former employees who just lost their jobs. Don't worry we know the names of the ex owners now and will not be dealing with them in this city.

Morning folks...
Well Grump it is a nice day if you got webbed feet I suppose, it is a little cooler thro, however that may not last that long.. You may get some relief in the form of thunder and lightning and heavy rain, if that is your idea of relief, go for it, one of my pooches is not impressed with that sort of weather.
Nowayman... I knew a few guys who worked at the paper mill, and I feel sorry for them in the aspect of losing their pensions etc, too bad David O when he was handing out cash, didn't make sure some of it did not go into the pension fund, but thats a political thing and best commented on in the Blue room.
You all have a nice day and don't forget the "brolly.

Mallet you are going to have to get to Church and give up your sinfull ways. It was lovely here (maybe a little warm) with a few sun showers during the day. LMAO. Without air in the truck I would have been thinking I was getting a preview of things to come. Maybe I should follow my own advice. lol.

Grump...
Very sorry, but I am unable to go to church anymore, they won't allow me in with my asbestos soled boots and pants, something to do with them being a carcinogenic, or like that... at least it will make for a cheap funeral, put me in my asbestos suit, I can spontaneous combust without having to go anywhere, and just scatter the ashes.
