Good morning Red Roomies. It was another wet one over night and it doesn't look like it will clear off for a while. Have a great day everyone

Good morning Grump and EPC :)

Iced tea? no no no... I must have my

and I just might grumpify that too!...lol...

It's been an interesting few days as I've been waiting for my 'shingles' to appear. it appears that excruciating pain running down your leg from buttock to toes, is pain due to 'shingles'.

But now my doctor says it's not shingles as no rash has appeared...so it's just pain, related to my back...duh!

However, I could use some 'real' shingles on the corners of the roof...I think there are some in the shed from the last 'roofing' party :D

So far, it's a rainy Tuesday morning, and the trucks are drving by like they're on the 400...yup, we're a truck route...

My flowers and veggies are loving this weather--they are ginormous for this time of year and 'that's a good thing'...lol

So how does your garden grow?

Good Morning 3tac...

so sorry to hear that you are in pain. I sure do hope it goes away for awhile.
I wish we were getting some of that rain. I was out nice and early this morning to water my flower garden before the scorching heat appears.

The next 3 days are stay in an a/c place type of days.

Take care my friend..

Morning Grump, epc, 3Tac

I think its going to be a wet and warm one today, solid grey overcast and very misty, no wind and what I can see of the lake, glassy calm. I am sorry to hear of your pain, I have been living with back pain for quite a few years, but I was married to her before, and just couldn't be bothered to train another one. LOL . have to laugh otherwise its gets to you... and her. This weather is great for the flowers and veggies, the toms are really coming on strong and need nore support the cu's are a little slower, but the zuccini are growing like mad, as are the beans, runners and broad.
So thanks for the coffee, and you all have a great day...

Bobby N...

Now what have I ever done to you that you would want barbarians to invade my personal space?? thats like me asking the CRS to audit you... and as for making my day, Clint said it better... You have a nice day too, eh.
Grump 6/19/2012 9:46:59 AM Report

Bobby sorry I forgot the dinner, I thought about it earlier in the day , then got busy and by the time I thought of it again it was too late. 3tac sorry for your discomfort so you better burn a little more of that garden. Take care all.

hahaha Grump...my gardening days consist of pulling the damn grass out of the flower beds...5-10 minutes at a time, when the body says 'ya, go ahead, I dare you to try to do <so and so>.

And then I pay the price; ...the gardens are sure beginning to show the neglect so anyone interested in some perennials, come on over and dig, dig, dig! :)

On the upside, the granddaughters and hubby are taking very good care of the baskets and such...hubby's veggie garden has become a work of art.

Waiting impatiently for strawberries and peas :)

Ha ha! Thank you Mallet, likewise!

Grump, I'd remember it but as you didn't call, I figure you were not to go, then, I'd eaten my soup and went to bed.

Next time. Nothing to worry.
