Benjamin Moore Paint and Decor Concepts is a full service, one stop paint and decorating retail store.

We are expanding our team of experts. Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Position One:
Colour Consultant/Sales Representative

Required Skills:
• Demonstration of design and decorating experience
• Minimum of 2 years retail experience
• Ability to sell in store products as a package of quality and service, not just price
• Effective time management skills
• Good interpersonal communications and organization skills
• Effective relationship building skills that include excellent communication, speaking and listening skills

This is a representation of the responsibilities incorporated with the Colour Consultant/Sales Representative, however other tasks may come up. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing all other duties as directed by Paint and Decor Concept management.

Position two:
Retail Sales Clerk

Required Skills:
• The successful applicant (he or she) will be responsible to perform store duties such as shipping and receiving of all in store products
• Maintain stock inventory
• General store maintenance
• Dealing with contractor service
• Available to work flexible store hours
