Central United Church presents a Festival of Christmas Music with the Steeltown Silver Band and the Algoma Festival Choir. Show time is 7 p.m.

Soo Greyhounds vs Guelph at the Essar Centre. Game time is 7:07 p.m.

Down Home Music plays at the Moose Lodge, 543 Trunk Rd., from 8 to 11 p.m.

Northwest and Late Shift will host a benefit concert at Coch's Corner, 708 Queen St. East, from 8 to 11 p.m.

The Musical Comedy Guild presents Jesus Christ Superstar at the Kiwanis Community Theatre Centre. Curtain time is 8 p.m.

Great Balls of Fire performs at the Water Tower Pub, 360 Great Northern Rd., starting at 9 p.m.

Mourning Wood performs at Reggie's West, 306 Korah Rd. Show time is 9:30 p.m.

Thin Ice plays the OLG Charity Casino from 9:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

The Bear Hunters will celebrate their CD release at the Canadian Night Club, 410 Pim St., with special guests Haggith and Livid and the Bloodthirsty. Music kicks off at 10 p.m. This is an all-ages event.

Cherry Crush performs at the Rockstar Bar, 864 Queen St. East, starting at 10:30 p.m.

~ SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2014 ~

The 3rd annual Toystock benefit concert for Christmas Cheer begins at noon at the Canadian Night Club and includes entertainment from Stumpy Coldwater, Domina, Thin Ice, Mannapool and many others until 10 p.m. Admission to this all-ages event is by donation.

The Art Gallery of Algoma hosts the Sunday workshop series from 2 to 4 p.m. This week's workshop is watercolour cards with Cheryl Thomas. Cost is $30 for gallery members, or $40 for non-members.
