~ FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2014 ~ The Lung Association's annual Festival of Trees runs from noon to 10 p.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre. The first annual Band-O-Rama begins at 4 p.m. and runs to 2 a.m.

The Lung Association's annual Festival of Trees runs from noon to 10 p.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre.

The first annual Band-O-Rama begins at 4 p.m. and runs to 2 a.m. at the Primavera hall, 256 Wellington St. West. Live entertainment includes Strange Coyotes, Redundant, Project 421 and many others. This is an all-ages event and admission is $5 at the door.

Join the open jam at the Moose Lodge, 543 Trunk Rd., from 8 p.m. until midnight. Open to the public. From beginners to advanced, all are welcome.

Jazz Friday at the Water Tower Pub, 360 Great Northern Rd., with Eugene Gassi starts at 8 p.m.

Tym Morrison plays the Harp, 701 Pine St., from 10 p.m. until close.

The Steeltown Playboys play Rednecks Saloon, 304 Albert st. West. Show time is 10 p.m.

Thin Ice performs at the Rockstar Bar, 864 Queen St. East, starting at 10:30 p.m.

~ SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2014 ~  

The Lung Association's annual Festival of Trees runs from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre.

The annual Rotary Santa Claus Parade along Queen Street through downtown Sault Ste. Marie begins at 6 p.m.

The Algoma Conservatory of Music presents Daedalus at the Kiwanis Community Theatre Centre at 7:30 p.m.

Down Home Music plays at the Moose Lodge, 543 Trunk Rd., from 8 to 11 p.m.

Coverfly performs at the Water Tower Pub, 360 Great Northern Rd., starting at 9 p.m.

The Lung Association's annual Festival of Trees runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre.

The Art Gallery of Algoma hosts the Sunday workshop series from 2 to 4 p.m. This week's workshop is kumihimo with Russ Mason. Cost is $30 for gallery members, or $40 for non-members.
