The following is a list of spook-tacular Halloween-themed events happening in and around the Sault Ste. Marie area from now until Sunday, November 2.

Every evening through to and including Friday, October 31, the MS Norgoma Museum Ship will host haunted ship tours from 7 to 9:30 p.m.

Admission is $2 per person.

Donations of non-perishable food items are also being accepted to benefit The Soup Kitchen Community Centre and St. Vincent Place.

All proceeds will go towards the ongoing MS Norgoma restoration project.

The Station Mall will host a children's Halloween party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 25 at the centre court and Sears court.

The day features a variety of kid's activities, magic shows, arts and crafts, and treats.

The Searchmont Ski Runners are pleased to present the 1st annual Canni-Ball Halloween Bash on Friday, October 24 at the Comfort Suites Conference Centre, 229 Great Northern Road.

Don your best costume to win prizes, dance to your favourite DJ tunes, enjoy the live auction, and enter to win one of the many available door prizes.

Tickets are $25 each and may be purchased from any Searchmont Ski Runner member, or message the organization here.

The party kicks off at 8 p.m. and you must be 19 or older to attend.

All proceeds go to support the Searchmont Ski Runners.

Farmer Bob and the folks at Mockingbird Hill Farm, 943 Landslide Road, present their annual Haunted Corn Maze on Friday and Saturday, October 24 and 25.

Brave souls are invited to tour the maze from dusk to 11 p.m.

Admission is $12 per person.

Flashlights are required and may be purchased at the gate for $4.

The Arts Council of Sault Ste. Marie and District presents the 6th annual Soo Zombie Walk on Saturday, October 25.

Starting at 2 p.m. at the Canadian Bushplane Heritage Centre, the zombie horde and members of the resistance will meet for makeup, activities, contests, food and refreshments, and live entertainment.

The Zombie Walk is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. sharp.

Admission is $2 plus one non-perishable food item.

The Northshore Agricultural Society presents its 1st annual Haunted Maze Halloween celebration from 4 to 5 p.m. in the gazebo at the Laird Fairgrounds on Saturday, October 24.

Admission to the maze is by donation.

Following the Haunted Maze, there will be a family pasta dinner at the Bar River Hall from 5 to 7 p.m. with costume contests, games and activities.

Carnival Diablo: The Ultimate Sideshow will make its first-ever stop in Sault Ste. Marie on Wednesday, October 29 at the Kiwanis Community Theatre Centre.

Following 90 years of family tradition, the show features extreme stunts including glass walking, razor blade swallowing, the bed of nails, body piercing, and other dangerous feats.

Tickets are $37.50 for adults, $30 for students and seniors, and are available now at the Community Box Office in the Station Mall.

Heavy North Entertainment presents a Devil's Night celebration at the Oddfellows Hall on Thursday, October 30.

This all-ages event begins at 5 p.m. with hip hop from Phat Boi, Miracle Man and Mikey Thomas.

The heavy stuff follows with music from The Revolution, Project 421, Crucify the Whore and many others.

Tickets are $5 in advance or $7 at the door.

Algoma University will host its 2nd annual Community Trick or Treat on Thursday, October 30 from 4:30 to 7:30pm.

Families are encouraged to dress in costume and trick or treat around the 'spooktacular campus' where they will have the opportunity to fill their bags with goodies and treats.

Participants will start at Door W (the door located at the bottom floor of the Wishart Library – behind the West Wing sign – near the entrance to the main parking lot), where they will receive a map to guide them through the campus to approximately twenty decorated stations.

This event is open to children aged 12 and under who are accompanied by an adult.

The Royal Canadian Legion, located at 96 Great Northern Road, will host a senior's Halloween dinner dance on Friday, October 31.

Tickets, available at the Legion office and the lounge, are $20 each.

You do not have to be a Legion member to attend.

Cirque du Soleil invites the residents of Sault Ste. Marie to spend Halloween with the enchanting characters of the traveling arena show Dralion.

Show-goers are encouraged to attend the 7:30 p.m. performance on October 31 in costume for an exclusive opportunity to mingle with Cirque characters before the show, eat some tasty treats and experience the magical production of Dralion.

To celebrate the spookiest night of the year, Cirque du Soleil will offer children’s tickets for $25 when purchased with a full-priced adult ticket.

Performers include Sudbury artist Blaq Roche, and locals KillaBeatz, Jay Effkay, Mike Swiff, BENJAMIN, Outspoken, CONiKA and more.
