Family Life Theatre in partnership with Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure presents Handle With Care?, a breast cancer awareness play.

The play will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2014, at the Shingwauk Auditorium of Algoma University (graciously donated by Algoma University).

It covers poignant breast cancer issues from the patients’, their families’, and their doctors’ perspectives.

If you have family or friends dealing with this disease, how should you treat them?

  you handle them with care? Or do you give them space?

Following the performance, there will be a panel expert discussion in order to answer any questions from the audience.

Food and beverage will be provided by Café Natüra.

Musical performance by Courtney McDonald and Steve Myers.

Tickets are $20 and can be purchased at Dish Espresso Bar and Café (740 Queen St E.)
