Among numerous awards, Traveson notes that Dawn Tyler Watson has twice been named Female Vocalist of the Year.

She has been invited to give master classes and various workshops on vocal performance and improvisation in Canada, the US and France.

When not on the road, she has been honing her jazz chops back home in Montreal working towards yet another recording project which is set to begin later this year.
