Died peacefully surrounded by family, in Ajax Ontario on Monday, September 28, 2015, just shy of his 88th birthday. Predeceased by his beloved wife Lydia, whom he dearly missed. Father of Norbert (Marilyn), Michael (Monica), Stephanie (Eric), Brendan (Rhoda), and Lydia-Ann (Al). Fondly remembered by grandchildren Angela (Dave), David, Daniel, Michael, and Alexander. Great grandfather to Liam and Colin. Arthur retired as Director of Traffic in 1992 and made many contributions to the development of the City of Sault Ste. Marie during his 30 year employment. Arthur was a member of Keystone Lodge #412 and a past District Deputy Grand Master of Algoma East District. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 7 – 9 pm and Saturday, October 17th from 1 – 3 pm to visit with family and share memories.
