Peacefully at the F. J. Davey Home on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late Edward. Loving mother of the late Keith (Marian). Cherished Grandma of Wendy Birkinshaw Malo (Stephane Malo), Gordon Birkinshaw (Ariel), Lorna Masters (Greg). Devoted great Grandma of Nathaniel, Georgia and Chelsea. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Harriet Kent. Dear sister of the late Muriel Kent, and the late Hubert “Bill” Kent (Freda). Special aunt of Sandra Poole (Phil) and Ian Kent. A Memorial Service was held at St. Luke’s Cathedral on Friday, October 9, 2015 at 2 pm. Rev. Rick Reed officiated.  Interment St. Luke’s Columbarium. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Matthews Memorial Hospital Association would be appreciated. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the nursing staff at the F.J.
