KOHLER, RENATE MARIANNE LISSI (nee Volk)

Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday August 31, 2015, Renate Kohler at the age of 79.  Caring and adoring wife of Werner Kohler.  Renate will be remembered by her children Rose (Bob) Slade and Mike (Rhonda) Kohler. Oma of Stephanie (Brandon) Calabrese and Kaitlyn Kohler (Frank). Great Oma of Izabella and Alivia Calabrese. Predeceased by all her siblings in Canada and Germany. Survived by her cousin Helga Mueller (Arnold).  As per Renate’s wishes, cremation, followed by private family services will take place. The family would like to thank the staff, nurses and doctors of the Sault Area Hospital Renal Unit, Operating Unit, 3C and 2C, for their excellent care given to her. Donations in Renate’s memory may be made directly to The Kidney Foundation or to The Heart & Stroke and would be appreciated by the family.
