LeBlanc, Luke Matthew

Posted

He is finally at peace. Luke passed away from serious medical complications on May 26, 2015, in his 43rd year. His only child and beloved daughter, Shaun Marie LeBlanc, was his joy in life and she is his precious gift to us all and his greatest legacy. Luke’s parents, Laura LeBlanc and Allen LeBlanc, mourn the passing of their oldest child, but entrust him to God’s care. His brother Jeffery (Amanda), his only sister Susan (Justin) and his brother Patrick (Christa), mourn their loss but know that he is now free from worry and pain. Nieces and nephews Ethan, Ainsley, Sophie, Isabelle, Piper and Jeremy were very special to Luke, and he was proud to be their uncle. Luke was the grandson of Theresa Lavergne (late Lee) and the late Percy and the late Marie (Bunny) LeBlanc. Shaun, his daughter shares his many creative talents in music and writing, as well as his wonderful sense of humour and quick wit. Luke had a great love for animals and has now been reunited with his best friend, Major.  Family and friends may call at O’Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (Corner of Cathcart and St. James) on Thursday June 4, 2015 from 5:00pm-7:00pm with memorial service in the chapel to follow, with Rev. Eric Pannike officiating. In Luke’s memory, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association or the charity of your choice would be appreciated. Arrangements entrusted to O’Sullivan Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 215 St. James St, 705-759-8456. Messages of sympathy, condolences, and candles are available on-line at www.osullivanfuneralhome.com .
