Peacefully and unexpectedly at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, April 11, 2015. Melanie was in her 43rd year. Best friend of the late David Chapman. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Maddison  and Jordan Tessier from Quebec, Brenden and Derby.  Melanie is also predeceased by her parents. She was a loving friend to many. She will also be missed by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and other extended family.  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Women In Crisis or the charity of your choice.
