GRAMENZ, Catrina Dawn

Entered into her peace on Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton surrounded by the love of her family. She was in her 41st year. Catrina will be very sadly missed by her 6 year old daughter Sophie who says "I will love you forever, mommy." Catrina will also be missed by many, many, many family members and friends. The Funeral Service will be held at 4pm on Saturday, February 21st, 2015 at the New Apostolic Church, 64 Winston Blvd in Cambridge Ontario. Friends will be received from 3pm to 4 pm at the church prior to the funeral service. There will be a fellowship to follow. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be sent to the St. Joseph's Healthcare Foundation in Hamilton Ontario, or the Canadian Mental Health Association.
