Passed away peacefully at FJ Davey Home on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at the age of 87. Loving husband of Jean. Dear step-father of Richard Sturgeon (Lauretta), Susan Sturgeon, Donald Sturgeon (Monique) and Lynn Sturgeon (Barbara). Caring Grandpa Randy of Elisa (Marc), Rosilyn (Adam), Joel, Ciara (Joe), Cheryl, Yvonne, Thomas, Jacqueline (Carver), Jesse (Kaitlyn), Jamie, Damian and Kendra. Special great grandpa of “his little tiger” Carmen. Brother of June Billiard (late George), Lawrence (Lillian) and Arthur (Bonnie). Predeceased by two brothers and three sisters. Brother-in-law of Colleen Martin (Harry), Myrna Vair (Bill) and Bill Martin (Donna). Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 374, Richards Landing, on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 1 pm. The Venerable Hugh Hamilton officiating. Friends are then invited to a celebration of Randy’s life until 3:30 pm. Memorial contributions to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 374, Matthews Memorial Hospital Auxiliary or the FJ Davey Home Walkway to Health.
