AHO, Henry Arvi John

Peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Monday, October 20, 2014 at the age of 80 with family at his side.  Loving husband of the late Shirley.  Caring father of Judy, Tim and Connie.  Special foster dad, “Mr. A” of Shawne (Shauna), Wendall and Stan (Anna) Williams.  Special Papa to Sami, Hope and Lily. Dear brother of Allan (Mary Louise).  Predeceased by his parents Arvi and Irene Aho and his siblings Elvi Lahti (late Bob), Alfred (Jean) and James (Ila).  Uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, October 24, 2014 from 11 am until 12:45 pm. Funeral service to follow in the chapel at 1pm. Rev. Nancy Ferguson officiating.  Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke, Canadian Cancer Society or Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated.  Special thank you to Dr. Buehner, Dr. Lee, Dr. Jenkins, Dr. Hill, Dr. Chung and the nurses and PSW’s on 3B at the Sault Area Hospital.
