Passed away suddenly at home on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at the age of 67. Beloved son of the late Maria Theresa Mangone and the late Salvatore Mangone. Brother of Ross (Brenda), John (Debbie), Sam (Nancy) and Joe (Karen). Uncle to Chris (Amy), Frank (Tianna), Michelle (Ryan), late Jeff (fiancé Emily Lippe), Matthew (fiancé Emily Romano), Michael, Justin, Candace, Simon and Samantha. Great uncle of five. Lou will be fondly remembered by his many aunts, uncles and cousins. Lou worked at the John Howard Society of Sault Ste. Marie for 29 years. He loved to write short stories, poetry and was a published author. Friends may call at Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre (942 Great Northern Road 705-945-7758) on Monday, October 20, 2014 from 4 p.m. until time of Funeral Service at 6 p.m. with Mr. John Maccarone officiating.
