NARDUCCI, Stefano (December 15, 1927 – September 17, 2014) – It is with deep and heavy sadness that we announce the passing of our precious and loving father, Stefano Narducci.  On September 17, at the Sault Area Hospital, as we sat by his side, there was nothing left to do but love him and let him go to God.  Our father was the pinnacle of strength, courage and honour.  His devotion of 58 years to our mother, Maria (née Piucci) left an indelible mark on our hearts.  We thank God for the positive example he has instilled in us through his unwavering hard work, strength and compassion, the value of respect, and his profound goodness.  We, his family, are forever changed.  Stefano is predeceased by his parents Stefano and Maria Giovanna Narducci (née DiLorenzo) with whom he will be reunited.  He is survived by his children Marylena Bruni, Joanne Mancuso (Joe), Stephen (Carmela) of Sault Ste. Marie, Carolina Roberts (Chris) and Anna-Maria Strizzi (Nick) of Ottawa.  Nonno will be greatly missed by his grandchildren Donnie, Francesca, Julia, Josie, Stephanie, Stephen, Daniel, Ayva-Marie, Giovanni and Nicolino Jr.  He will always be remembered for his great storytelling, his craftsmanship, his love of fishing and gardening, and his incredible knowledge, not to mention the heartfelt love, wit and spirit he demonstrated every time they were around.  Lovingly remembered by his brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, the late Pierina Marcellin (late Piero), late Raffaele Piucci (Elisabetta), Luisa Costantino (late Lello), late Pasqualina Mastroianni (Vittorio), Pietro Piucci (Marina) and his many nieces, nephews and cousins.  Fond and endearing memories will remain in the hearts and minds of many relatives and dear friends here in Canada, the United States and in Italy.  The family extends their sincere gratitude to the Sault Area Hospital team of doctors and nurses and the palliative care team for the compassion and care given to our father, along with a special thank you for the peace and comfort of prayers and friendships near and far.  Family and friends may pay their respects at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, September 23, 2014 from 10:30 am until 12:30 pm.  The funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 pm.  Mr. Bruce Cain officiating.   Entombment at Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.  Memorial contributions to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.  Online condolences and cherished memories may be made at www.arthurfuneralhome.com.

Riposa in pace caro marito, babbo e nonno. Vi mancheremo per sempre.
