Peacefully at Golden Birches Terrace, Blind River on Saturday August 23, 2014.  Patrick Rice in his 86th year, son of the late Patrick and Matilda Rice.  Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Cecil, Rena, Kaye, Kathleen, Lillian and Samuel.  Survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  Special friend of Jocko and Marcel.  Cremation has taken place.  Friends may gather at Hillside Cemetery, Blind River Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 2pm for a graveside service celebrating the life of Paddy Rice.  Donations to Golden Birches gratefully accepted.  Special thanks to the staff and doctors at Golden Birches for their excellent care.  Funeral arrangements entrusted to Menard Funeral Home, Blind River, Ontario.
