BORRELLI, Carmine

Peacefully after a brief illness and surrounded by family, Carmine passed away at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at the age of 66.  Beloved husband of 43 years to Maria.  Loving father of John (Jennifer), Tanya (Ross), and Adriana Kairiss (Kevin).  Special Nonno to Leah, Kyla and Alexander.  Son of the late Giovanni and late Rosina Borrelli, son-in-law to Tommaso and Carmela Parrella.  Dear brother of Francesco (Rosetta) of Italy, Rosalba Maida (Pasquale); brother-in-law of the late Joe Parrella (Rocchina).  Special uncle to Tom (Jen), Ricky (Shannon), Cindy, Michael (Chantal), David, Jonathan, Gianni (Angela), Anna-Maria (Pilerio), Luca (Maria-Paola), and Giuseppe (Alessandra).  Special great uncle to many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home Cremation and Reception Centre on Sunday, August 17, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  Funeral Mass to be held at St. Jerome’s Church on Monday, August 18, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with Reverend Eric Pannike officiating.  Entombment Holy Sepulchre Mausoleum.  Carmine was an avid outdoorsman and loved sharing the outdoors with his many friends and family.  Special thank you to those who have been very supportive during this difficult time.  Memorial donations made to the Liver Foundation or Sault Area Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  www.northwoodfuneral.com
