BOYER, Wanda Lynne

It is with deep sadness we regret to announce the passing of our mother (nanny) on Friday January 24th, 2014 in her 66th year with daughters by her side. Wanda the daughter of the late Norman McLean and Elaine Joy Lundy (Sandie) was married to the late Eugene Boyer, survived by her brother Jack Reed (Shirley), Sisters Sandy Cavichiollo (Angelo) and Elaine Conway (late Ab). Her children Sherri Leishman (Charlie), Wendy Winch(Travis), Keith Boyer, Drew Boyer, sorely missed by her grandchildren Kaila, Ashley, Riley, Aleah, Tavin, Jasmine, Jordan, and Devon. Also missed by many nieces and nephews. Forever in the hearts of her many friends especially Charles Brassington and the late Shirley Hammond. Her love for cooking and heartfelt generosity touched many throughout her life. "Wander" lived life to the fullest on her own terms and, was accepting and nonjudgmental of all who entered her life. A private gathering was held with family but at Wanda's request please join us in a toast to celebrate and share a story or two at The New "A" Pub House 602 Bay St., Sault Ste. Marie Thursday January 30th, 2014 between 4 to 6 pm. Many heartfelt special thanks to Dr. Fratesi, the nurses of 3A (Jessica, Donna, and that special student nurse), Dr. Risoulli and the oncology staff, and Dr. Clarke A special note to Shirley, Jack and Sandy, we cannot express our gratitude enough for everything you have done for mom and continue to do for our families and know that you held a cherished place in her heart. She will also be missed by her many "furry" grandchildren and wished for any donations in her name be made to the Sault Ste.
